Guest opinion: Rick Marshall: Boulder County must enact fire bans quicker

Given that global warming has demonstrated that we can expect more frequent and more intense wildfires, I believe that Boulder County needs to be more proactive in issuing Stage 2 fire restrictions and have processes in place that are more timely.
