Group sues Cairo board over Blackhead resort plan DM

CAIRO — Friends of Round Top Inc., a group the approval of the proposed Blackhead Mountain Resort in Round Top, filed a lawsuit Friday against the Cairo Planning Board. The proposed Blackhead Mountain Resort consists of 102 acres, with a 66,270-square-foot lodge, 127 rooms, 280 parking spaces, a spa, tennis courts, swimming pools and two restaurants all situated at 67 Crows Nest Road in Round Top.
