Ground Zero director Tejas Deoskar on Pahalgam terror attack, “What happened in Pahalgam is heartbreaking”

Ground Zero, directed by Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar and now playing in cinemas, is a gripping military drama inspired by the BSF’s Ghazi encounter — one of the most significant operations in recent history. The film stars Emraan Hashmi as Commandant Narendra Nath Dhar Dubey and follows a two-year classified mission set in Kashmir. The director of the film, Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar shared a personal and heartfelt response to the recent attack in Pahalgam, which has left many across the country shaken.“What happened in Pahalgam is heartbreaking. It shook something deep within me. The violence that continues to affect innocent lives must be condemned in the strongest terms. In moments like these, compassion and peace are what we need.
