The Cellar is highlighting a Basque seafood stew priced at PHP 1,600 net, made with sustainably sourced tuna. The Pool House introduces a selection of soft shell crab dishes, including tacos and salad, starting at P990+. Both offerings are available until April 30.

Explore Spanish-Mediterranean Cuisine with the Basque Seafood Stew at The Cellar At The Peak, the kitchen presents a Salmon Coulibiac—a layered baked salmon dish with spinach, mushrooms, and cream sauce, wrapped in pastry. The sharing dish, suitable for two to three diners, is priced at PHP 5,850+.Beyond dining, the hotel is offering a 25% discount on stays with breakfast for guests checking in on April 19 and 20.
