A Grammy-nominated electronic musician is coming to the city. Jamie xx will be bringing his decks and tunes to Concorde 2 in Brighton on September 22 as he launches his newest album Waves. It is his third studio album and the first he has released in over nine years.
Tickets for the event start at £16.75. It is described as a terrace party DJ set with the time set for 4pm to coincide with the sunset.

In Colour gained Jamie xx a Grammy Award nomination for Best Dance/Electronic album in 2016 but was beaten by the powerhouse duo of Skrillex and Diplo’s album Jack Ü. In Colour was also shortlisted for Album of the Year in the Mercury Prize in 2015.
