Grace Road president Daniel Kim has been granted bail. Doctor Sung Jin Lee was also released before Suva Judge Justice Anare Tuilevuka at the Fiji Court of Appeal this afternoon. Grace Road members and supporters turned up in numbers to get a glimpse of the release of Mr Kim and Dr Lee.

The pair have been granted bail pending judicial review. Parties during the proceedings thoroughly discussed each of the eight bail conditions which are agreed, disagreed or to be amended. Matter adjourned to December 9.
