Grab holds its first-ever GrabX event in Singapore today (April 8), and the launch highlights about all of their new solutions for everyone.Grab has an array of solutions to give peace of mind for the whole family: Under Grab for Family, there’s a new Teens Account that allows them to book on their own or by their family members. With this account, they get prioritized arrangement with top-rated drivers, a ride PIN verification to ensure that teens are on the right ride, and always-on AudioProtect that uses GenAI to detect for anything dangerous in real time.

With this approach, Grab will determine if your order can be handled by a 4-wheeled vehicle–or if it can be split into two separate deliveries.If you want to treat yourself, Grab is introducing its “GrabFood for One” service, allowing users to order meals for themselves with no minimum spend and at a low, fixed delivery rate.



Grab teamed up with partner-merchants for a curated list of meal options for a quick checkout experience. This new feature is available across Southeast Asia including the Philippines.Also announced at GrabX is Shared Saver, which works like a group order, but with people who have a similar order with you.

Like GrabFood for One, Shared Saver makes use of AI to determine multiple orders within the vicinity from the same merchant for a more optimized delivery experience. The feature will give you an estimated time you will get your order, and you can initiate the order—once you place your order, Grab will take care of the rest. This feature is available in Singapore and will roll out in other cities in June.

We know about Advance Booking—which a godsend feature for those who need a ride going to the airport—and they’re making it better with Grab being able to track your flight in real time to help your driver adjust your schedule based on your arrival time. This means that getting a ride upon arrival will be more convenient.

You can even make reservations as well for a seamless dining experience—and even book a Grab ride for added convenience. Dine Out Discovery will be available across all markets by May. Reservations will be launched in Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand in May, with other markets to follow.
