Gov. Moore speaks on power line project

Maryland Gov. Wes Moore and local advocacy groups are speaking out against the Maryland Piedmont Reliability Project. The project is set to build power lines across rural land in three counties, but Moore and the Chesapeake Bay Foundation have major concerns.
