To craft the drink, a series of prompts were entered to Gemini, which then presented a range of innovative flavor concepts. These concepts were then used as a springboard that inspired Commune’s baristas to develop their own blend.

The Special Bibingka Latte is a blend of Commune’s espresso and steamed milk, topped with shreds of salted egg and queso de bola, and finished with a torched banana leaf. Beyond the creation of the latte, Google also provided training to Commune Cafe staff on generative AI and Gemini.

This collaboration not only resulted in a delicious drink but also helped to educate local businesses about the potential of AI technology.
