Good Morning Britain hosting shake up as star returns after two weeks away and health concerns

A GOOD Morning Britain host has made their return to screen after more than two weeks away. During the time off-screen, ITV fans feared the star, 68, would be quitting his hosting role for good due to a number of health issues. Yet Richard Madeley was on strong form as he returned to the Good Morning Britain studio with co-host Susanna Reid , 53, on Monday.

He was "poorly" and away from screens on August 20, and has not been seen much since. Yet on his comeback, fans appeared delighted in the freshening up of the line-up which saw regular presenter Ed Balls , 57, replaced. One took to X to note: "Wahoo it's Monday, it's Madeley, it's manic Madeley Monday morning time.
