Hannah Kinchen, 40, pleaded guilty to one count of receipt of child pornography. She is scheduled to be sentenced on July 15 by a federal district court judge, and faces a mandatory minimum penalty of five years in prison and a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison. Citing court documents, the release said Kinchen coordinated with a photographer, who self-identified as a "pedophile," to set up photoshoots for the minor victim's modeling career.
During the photoshoots, Kinchen helped the photographer take lewd photos of the victim, the release says. The photographer then sent most of the images to Kinchen through a file-sharing website, some of which qualified as child pornography that were later sold. The FBI New Orleans Division - Baton Rouge Resident Agency investigated the case.
It was brought as part of a nationwide initiative by the U.S. Justice Department to combat child sexual exploitation and abuse.
