Goliad Finance Officer fired over lack of confidence

Goliad Finance Officer Amy Reynolds was fired during a Goliad City Council meeting on Sept. 10. The vote to terminate Reynolds due to a lack of confidence was unanimous by the council with Councilwoman Lydia Flores making the motion to terminate and Councilwoman Robin Alaniz seconding the motion.

Reynolds was terminated due to a lack of confidence on behalf of the council. Reynolds began serving in the position on Aug. 15.
