Goldburger is Doubling Down on Los Angeles Locations

The company is opening new sites in Granada Hills and Chinatown

, which already has sites in Los Geliz and Highland Park, is preparing to open two more locations in . The company is getting ready to double down on locations by the end of the year, starting with a new location coming to , replacing Frosty Queen at , according to . Owner will then open a fourth site in the former home of Burgerlords in Chinatown, which closed last month after nine years and following a brief ownership change.

Now, the space at will be transformed into another burger concept, opening in . When the two new locations open in the next few weeks, customers can expect the highest-quality ingredients with just the right nostalgic elements, such as American cheese, house-made sauces, and a locally baked plush white bun. Yelent started the company as a pop-up and eventually competed in LA Food & Wine in August 2019, ultimately being voted the Best Burger in Los Angeles.



As a result, the company opened its first brick-and-mortar the next year in Highland Park, followed by Los Feliz in 2021. Since then, the company has focused on getting through the pandemic and maintaining its status as one of the best burger spots in Los Angeles. Last year, the company partnered with Cream Co Meats to further improve its sourcing by using exclusively 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef from California ranches, practicing regenerative agriculture for every single burger made at Goldburger.
