The Back Barn at Bedaw Farms recently introduced a series of Goat Yoga classes that kicked off in March, offering attendees the chance to increase their flexibility, improve their mood and reduce stress alongside furry friends. Located in the heart of the Lowcountry in Awendaw, South Carolina (5282 Bedaw Farm Drive), this all-level class is perfect for an experienced yogi or a beginner and blends mindful movement with the playful energy of the farm's goats and newly born baby goats. Led by certified yoga instructor Analisa Wolff, each session will include slow, intentional movements with upbeat, relaxing music to leave class participants feeling rejuvenated.
