During the process, hopefuls for Glasto 2025 were taken to a page featuring a green queue bar supposed to track their progress in real-time. But annoyance brewed among those who logged in at 9am, finding their status stagnant as the queue seemingly froze . Disgruntled ticket seekers took to X - previously known as Twitter - to air their grievances.
One person posted in desperation: "Has anyone got #Glastonbury tickets yet? My green bits haven't even moved? " While another vented their exasperation: "#Glastonbury 10 mins in. 3 computers, an iPad and a phone. AND STILL ONLY 2 BARS.
How is this humanly possible. Asking for a friend." A third shared their woeful experience: "2 bar green of death AGAIN # Glastonbury .

There's a change in the ticket purchasing process for Glastonbury this year. In the past, fans had to constantly refresh the landing page until they got a chance to buy tickets. However, this year, festival organisers have introduced a new booking system.
