We welcome you to our Q1 2025 results call presentation which will be hosted by our CEO, Dietmar Siemssen; and our CFO, Dr. Bernd Metzner. For the start, I would invite our CEO to start the presentation.
Dietmar? Dietmar Siemssen Yes. Welcome everybody and thank you for joining us this morning. I will start by giving you an overview of our business performance and main influence of the first quarter, then Bernd Metzner, our CFO, will take you into a deep dive into the numbers.
As always, we will then be happy to take your questions. The most important impact on the Gerresheimer Group going forward is the first-time consolidation of Bormioli Pharma in our Group results in the first quarter. The acquisition of Bormioli Pharma, by the way, the largest acquisition to date for Gerresheimer, takes us to a completely new level.
