On October 21, Genesis BBQ Group announced that it has made a positive impact on the overseas community by donating to firefighters in the New York area. To honor the dedication of firefighters who contribute to community safety in New York, where BBQ laid the foundation for its U.S.

expansion, the company sponsored a cultural project and received an appreciation plaque. Recently, BBQ contributed funds to a mural project at the FDNY (Fire Department of New York) Engine 273/Ladder 129 station in Flushing, New York, and provided chicken sets to the on-duty firefighters. This fire station played a significant role in protecting the community during the 9/11 attacks, and the mural project was initiated to express gratitude for the firefighters' efforts.

Additionally, last November, BBQ introduced a special discount program for police officers at all its U.S. locations, enhancing community safety, for which it received an appreciation plaque from the NYPD (New York Police Department).

Chairman Yoon Hong-geun expressed his gratitude, saying, "We are thankful to the fire department members for their efforts to ensure the safety and emergency preparedness of our BBQ family operating in New York," and added, "We will continue to collaborate with the community to provide assistance in various ways.".
