General Hospital viewers saw right through Ava's plan . On the Wednesday, April 9 episode of the ABC show , Ava (Maura West) had to talk to Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) over Kristina's "actions." Ric (Rick Hearst) was recently in a car accident after someone messed with the breaks of his vehicle.
Ava implied that Kristina (Kate Mansi) had something to do with it since the two have an ongoing feud . Ava told Alexis, Kristina's mother, that Ric happened to be visiting her and that the two happen to have similar looking vehicles. Alexis questioned Ava and wondered if Ava was blaming the accident on her daughter.
Ava quickly pulled out her phone to show her a video of Kristina going to a tool box and walking towards the vehicle. While Alexis is left in shock, Ava asks: "What to do? What to do? Should I do my civic duty and give this evidence to the police or should you and I come to an understanding?" Viewers at home ran to X, formerly known as Twitter, and shared their thoughts on Ava's form of "blackmail." One person wrote: "That smirk Ava gave to Alexis after she was asked what proof did she have of psychotic Kristina tampering with Ric's car breaks! AVA JEROME.

" Another person posted: "#GH If I were Ava I’d collect her blackmail money and STILL find a way to lead the cops to bust her. " A third person wrote: "Ava is really a piece of work blackmailing Alexis really that’s what you come down to seriously Ava." Kristina was not fooled and figured that Ava wanted something out of this, like money.
Many know that Ava needs money for the massive debt she owes to tax collectors. Ava even gave Alexis the idea to get "millions" of dollars from the company she works for. Alexis was not falling for it but Ava would not stop making up scenarios on what would happen if she did tell the police and guided them to the right direction.
