Gemma Atkinson couldn't help but point out a hilarious detail as Gorka Marquez shared a video on social media that was filmed 'without him knowing'. As Strictly Come Dancing fans know, the Spanish dancer was seen in Blackpool over the weekend as the hit show relocated up north for its annual special. Week nine of the BBC One dance contest was broadcast live from the iconic Tower Ballroom with the eight remaining couples performing on the famous sprung floor.
Ahead of the live show, Gemma joined Gorka in Blackpool on Friday (November 15). She took their children Mia, five, and one-year-old Thiago along to watch the reahearsals in the seaside resort's much-loved venue as well as enjoy time on the famous set. Thiagos first time in the Tower and Mia make sure she show him around." JLS star JB was quick to respond, writing: "Little Gorks & Little Gem," while his former dance partner and Gorka's fellow Strictly pro Amy Dowden said: "I love these pictures! Gorgeous family and lovely happy faces." Karen Hauer also shared: "Love this so much," while Emmerdale star Amy Walsh added: "Amazing!!!!!!" Now, Gorka has shared a sweet video captured by one of Strictly's crew in which he could be seen dancing on the ballroom floor with his young daughter.
Captioning the sweet clip, the dad-of-two said: "On Friday Gem and the kids came to Blackpool to watch the Rehearsals for the Show, during a break Mia wanted to go on the floor and dance one of the Floor managers recorded this without me knowing it and here it is Mia and I attempting to do the quickstep in Blackpool." Instagram Gemma was quick to respond with a string of love heart emojis in the comments section before following up by pointing out her and former Love Island star Chyna Mills, who is engaged to Strictly pro Neil Jones, sitting on the ballroom sidelines alongside Strictly pros Luba Mushtuk and Karen Hauer, both of whom were enjoying time with Thiago and Havana, Chyna and Neil's daughter. Hits Radio host Gemma added: "Laughing that neither myself or @chymills_ have our children [crying laughing emoji].
It’s like, 'Nah you take them, hold them, save our backs' [crying laughing emoji]." And fans were quick to respond. @andipandipud said: "Aunty’s Luba and Karen to the rescue!" @kelli82 commented: "I noticed Karen had yours and was wondering who Luba was holding.
