In partnership with the Department of Tourism, the GAOC Group has officially cemented Philippine dentistry on the world map As an acknowledgement to the group’s commitment to quality dental service for the various sectors of Metro Manila, the Philippines’ Department of Tourism (DOT) had officially recognized Gan Advanced Osseointegration Center (GAOC) as the first dental tourism clinic in the department’s Health and Wellness Program. Cemented last August 27th in GAOC’s One Bonifacio High Street, Taguig City branch, this partnership now serves as an intersection of purpose not just for the government body and its mission to champion local businesses but also for GAOC’s commitment to impart its practice of applied research on leading technology to the future leaders of Philippine dentistry. For over 23 years, the GAOC Group of Companies has continuously reflected its growth on its ability to simultaneously give back to the Filipino communities they serve.

“The Filipino pride is what we have and is what gives us strength,” shares chairman and CEO Dr. Steve Mark Gan. Through such a partnership, the group now stands as a global example for quality dentistry, which not only serves as a testament to the country’s distinct approach toward service and hospitality, but to the brand’s own standard for oral and dental care.

“We’re happy that the DOT has partnered with such a company [...

] well trusted by individuals, not only in the Philippines, but across the world in terms of their dental care so that is something we also take pride in. Pride for GAOC but it’s also a pride for DOT,” says Dir. Paulo Tugbang, DOT Director for Office of Product and Market Development.

After having planned such a collaboration back in November of last year, ten of GAOC’s self-titled clinics, as well as all Novodental branches, now boast the Department of Tourism’s accreditation. For such an undertaking, the GAOC Group now stands as the Philippine’s apt destination for dental care for tourists from any and all walks of life. For Dr.

Gan, this proceeds with the responsibility of maintaining the standard of which he has become for the country. “So, we can lead by example for the other dentists to follow and hopefully, we can bring and contribute to the economy of the Philippines,” shares the founder.
