Game Science, the Chinese developer behind action role-playing game Black Myth: Wukong, has currently become the 10th highest-grossing publisher on Steam with one billion dollars in revenue, surpassing major gaming companies such as Rockstar (famous for the Grand Theft Auto series), 2K (the developer of the NBA series), and Capcom (responsible for the Monster Hunter series), according to the Steam statistics platform Gamalytic. Other top ten publishers include Valve, KRAFTON, Electronic Arts (EA), Ubisoft, Microsoft Xbox Game Studios, SEGA, Bethesda, Activision, and Bandai Namco. Last week, at the 42nd Golden Joystick Awards in London, Black Myth: Wukong won two awards: Best Visual Design and Ultimate Game of the Year.
