Future Chick-fil-A in Ballenger Creek gets planning approval to aid financing

Frederick County's Planning Commission on Wednesday approved a proposal to subdivide a property in Ballenger Creek as part of a financial mover to accommodate a Chick-fil-A in the future. The plan would subdivide the 14.197-acre lot into two lots, according to county documents.
