A Florida State University student callously strolled past a wounded classmate and filmed her while sipping iced coffee, without lifting a finger to help. The appalling video was widely shared online after Phoenix Ikner, 20, sprayed bullets from his cop mother's gun across the Tallahassee campus, killing two and wounding six.
