Furniture retailer Jysk signs up for largest Dublin logistics letting in third quarter

The largest industrial property letting in the third quarter of the year saw Danish furniture retailer Jysk occupy Building One at M50 Logistics Hub in Western Industrial Estate, Dublin. Joint agents Harvey and Savills had been quoting €12.50 per sqft and are believed to have got close to that rent.

Extending to 98,364 sqft, Building One benefits from a high-profile frontage onto the M50. Its warehouse area offers a clear internal height of 15 metres and loading is accessed via 18 dock levellers and four grade level doors including a cross docking area. Its accommodation also includes 12,327 sqft of office space.
