The Gazette and Colorado Politics will have nearly two dozen journalists bringing you real-time coverage and analysis of Election Day and its aftermath next week. We will live-blog updates throughout the day and night on Election Day, continuing our hour-by-hour coverage into the week for as long as it takes. Polls in Colorado close at 7 p.

m. and we will have our first results shortly after. We’ll have in-depth coverage of all eight congressional races in the state, 14 state ballot initiatives, all the key legislative races, as well as results of local elections and ballot initiatives throughout the Denver metro area.

The “We Have Issues” podcast will be breaking down the results live from The Gazette newsroom on election night. Our coverage of the presidential election and the race for Congress will feature reports by our sister publication the Washington Examiner, augmented by Reuters and The Associated Press. We'll also be monitoring election security and any disruptions or irregularities locally and around the country.

The Gazette will publish a live dashboard providing the latest results at a glance online for readers, along with dozens of graphics, charts and results pages both online and in the E-edition. Our photographers and videographers will spread out to the various candidate and party watch parties Tuesday evening to capture winners and losers. We will publish special E-editions of the paper as news warrants, as well.
