There are various free and cheap Bonfire Night events taking place around Coventry next month. You don't have to spend much money to enjoy watching fireworks displays on November 5. Bonfire Night falls on a Tuesday this year, but there are also displays during the weekend on Saturday, November 2, and Sunday, November 3.
Some events across Coventry cost up to £10 a ticket, so we've put together a guide of some that are fairly cheap to attend. Some events will require pre-booking, so make sure you check to see if you need to order tickets in advance. Other events may also work out even cheaper if you purchase a family ticket.

There will be hot food, open bars, entertainment for the family, and the 'best firework display in the city' alongside a Take That tribute act.
The event will be held on November 2. Doors open at 3pm, the tribute act begins at 5pm, and fireworks begin at 7:30pm. Tickets are £10 for adults, £5 for children, and £25 for a family ticket for 2 adults and 2 children.

Coventry Rugby Club, Butts Park Arena, CV1 3GE The Old Coventarians Rugby Football Club is hosting a fireworks display as part of a fundraising event. There will be an open bar and food available to purchase from the BBQ, plus various stalls, including sweets, cakes, homemade samosas, hot chocolate, and an ice-cream van.
There will also be live music before and after the fireworks from local musicians Jimmy Kemp and Diz n Rox. Entrance will be via ticket only, and numbers will be limited, so it is advised to pre-book to avoid disappointment. The event will be held on November 2, with doors opening at 5pm.

Old Coventrians RFC, Tile Hill Lane, CV4 9DP The annual fireworks event at Keresley RFC is back for 2024. Organisers say 'pop along' to celebrate family, guy fawkes, 'fabulous food' alongside 'fun and fine times'. Doors open from 5pm on November 2; advanced tickets can be purchased from the club.
Tickets are £2 for children, £5 for adults, with family tickets for £15. Keresley RFC, Burrow Hill Lane, CV7 8BE Kenilworth Round Table is hosting its annual fireworks display on November 2, with Kenilworth Castle in the background. The event takes place outside the castle walls in a field, so ensure you wear appropriate footwear, such as walking boots or wellies.
It is also recommended to bring a touch as some areas in the field may be dark. Doors open at 5:30pm, with the event starting at 7pm. Tickets are £14 for adults, £7 for children, and concessions, with infants under 2 go for free.

Grounds of Kenilworth Castle, Castle Green, Kenilworth, CV8 1NG Join the Bull and Butcher pub in Corley Moor for an 'unforgettable' Bonfire Night celebration on November 5. There will be a 'massive' bonfire and a 'dazzling' fireworks display.
The main bar will be open, but the restaurant will be closed. However, there will be a BBQ and refreshments available outside. Gates open at 5pm, with the bonfire lit at 5:30pm and a fireworks display at 8:30pm.
Tickets are £7.50 for adults, £4 for children under 16, £20 for a family ticket for 2 adults and 2 children, and under 2's for free. Tickets can be bought here .
A £1.00 booking fee is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. The Bull & Butcher, Corley Moor, CV7 8AQ On Saturday, November 9, the Balsall Common Lions Annual Charity Fireworks Extravaganza is back, working in partnership with Berkswell and Balsall Community Sports Association and Berkswell Sports Bar.
There will be fire jugglers and displays, and various food and drink options from a range of vendors, plus the Berkswell Sports Bar. It is advised to purchase tickets in advance to avoid queues which are available at Michael Drinks World, Oakes Farm Shop, or A1 Motorstore. You can also purchase tickets online via the website here.
Tickets are £11.29 for adults, £7 for children, and £27.27 for a family ticket of 2 adults and 3 children.
