Kingdee is one of China’s leading software providers, specializing in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), financial management, etc. Digital Transformation FPT, a global technology corporation, through its subsidiary FPT China, said on Monday that it has signed a strategic cooperation agreement (MOU) with Kingdee, one of China’s leading software corporations. This partnership marks a significant milestone in both companies’ international expansion strategies while enhancing their competitive edge on a global scale.
Under the agreement, FPT will serve as Kingdee’s strategic partner in important areas, including system Integration (SI), Cloud Computing, Data Centers, and AI, FPT said in a statement. The company said it will support Kingdee in expanding its business beyond China, and as part of the collaboration, it will provide top-tier talent, tailor solutions to align with market-specific demands, and establish a dedicated team of experts for global projects.
Other Plans FPT said it plans to set up a training center in Southeast Asia to aid the adoption of Kingdee’s technologies. FPT and Kingdee aim to expand their cooperation across key markets, including Southeast Asia (SEA), Northeast Asia (NEA), Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA), and the Americas. The two companies will also team up on AI-driven services, establishing a data center (IDC) in Vietnam and building “AI factories” in Vietnam and Japan to accelerate the adoption of advanced AI solutions, the report stated.
