Police are on the scene of a serious crash in Essex, with four people taken to hospital. The incident happened on Epping Road, North Weald, reported shortly before 10.30pm on Friday April 11, involving a silver Mercedes.
Initial witness accounts suggest the car may have been travelling alongside, or in convoy with, what’s described as a small silver or light-coloured car. That car was not present at the collision site, and we’d like to locate it to help progress the investigation. Four people have been taken to hospital for treatment.
An Essex Police spokesman said: "We’re asking for anyone who witnessed the incident or has dashcam footage of it to please come forward. "We would also like to hear from anyone who believes they may have seen one, or both, vehicles in the lead up to the incident.
