HUDSON — Several residents attended a forum held at the city’s Central Fire Station ON Wednesday night to learn more about their rights as both landlords and tenants. The annual forum was hosted by the Columbia County Housing Advisory Board, and attended by roughly a dozen Hudson tenants and landlords eager for information on updated laws regarding renting, as well as other topics such as affordable housing.
