A former bed and breakfast in Rathmines, Dublin 6, together with three mews houses have been sold for their combined €3.6m guide price to a residential accommodation provider.

A former bed and breakfast in Rathmines, Dublin 6, together with three mews houses have been sold for their combined €3.6m guide price to a residential accommodation provider. Located at 132 Rathmines Road Lower, the main property is a three-storey over-basement mid-terrace Georgian residential building that had traded as Rathmines Lodge bed and breakfast up until the Covid pandemic.

It extends to 3,250 sqft, or about 300 sqm in size, and comprises 14 bedrooms, a common kitchen, store rooms, bathrooms and shower rooms.
