A former Nuneaton school building could become a place to live. A planning application asks for the go-ahead to change the use of 96 Central Avenue. The property was most recently occupied as an independent education facility.

But now it become two apartments. The building was put on the market and now there is a proposal for prior notification to change the from class E to 2 apartments (class C3. " It goes on to explain: "Any possible impacts of noise will be mitigated by acoustic insulation. To our knowledge there are no commercial premises nearby that show concerns of disturbances such as noise." The application is now being looked at by planning officers at the Town Hall.
