Former Nike CEO John Donahoe readies Pearl District penthouse for sale

The condo will hit the market this week for millions less than Donahoe paid in 2019.

The Pearl District penthouse of former Nike chief executive John Donahoe will hit the market Wednesday for $4.5 million, a starting price that shaves more than $2 million off its 2019 value. Donahoe bought the condominium through a Delaware entity called JRP Genpar Inc.

in 2019 for $6.9 million. At the time, at $1,626 per square foot, it was thought to be the highest price ever paid for a Portland condo.
