The Cleveland Browns have all sorts of options with the No. 2 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. One ESPN analyst who played quarterback in the NFL has his take on what the Browns should do.

Dan Orlovsky spoke Thursday on Cleveland's possibilities, and he wants the Browns to end up with a combination of a veteran QB and a potential skill position superstar. Orlovsky's suggestion: Trade for or sign Kirk Cousins from the Falcons, then draft Heisman Trophy winner Travis Hunter. "With the Browns, if Kirk Cousins becomes their starting quarterback and they add a player like Travis Hunter, I've got a chance now," Orlovsky said .

"This is still a talented roster and (Kevin) Stefanski is still a very good coach. Travis Hunter would play wide receiver for me." Cousins is at his best in a play-action-heavy offense, which is what Stefanski runs in Cleveland, Orlovsky said.

"If Cleveland gets Kirk Cousins and drafts Travis Hunter at two, I think they immediately become a competitive football team and I would bank on that being the case," Orlovsky said. Cousins, who threw 16 interceptions in 2024, still has three years left on an $180 million contract.

As long as the Titans take Cam Ward No. 1 overall, Hunter is one of the choices Cleveland can make with the second pick. This combination could also allow the Browns to abandon ship and take a young quarterback in one of the next couple drafts as needed.
