The planning proposal states no changes will be made to vehicle or pedestrian access, and no additional parking is needed. The new beauty salon is expected to employ one full-time and one part-time worker.
The hours of operation for the proposed business remain unknown at this time. The site is not at risk of flooding, and no biodiversity or geological conservation issues have been identified. Waste storage and collection arrangements have been planned, with no trade effluents involved in the proposal.
Pre-application advice was sought pre-application advice on January 29 regarding the change of use requirements. The applicant is not the sole owner of the site, and notice has been given to other owners. No consultation has been conducted with neighbours or the local community about the proposal.
