For a second straight September, Texas proves its mettle on the road

ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Through the storied tunnel on a worn-out Saturday afternoon came the Michigan players and coaches and unsung toilers, glummer than they’d been in forever, trudging along even as some stopped to greet royalty, Charles Woodson, dazzling in his blue, blue suit. But as this newfangled parade flowed along, a merry little old song grew audible from out in the stadium, as if echoing gently along the walls.
