The recipe , which went viral on TikTok , was shared by @archerkitchen_, who has a following of 26,600. The secret to the irresistible dish? Coca Cola. In the post, the user explained: "This is my slow cooker cola ham and mustard glaze.



A Boxing Day showstopper." She detailed the process: "Add all the ingredients into the slow cooker and cook for 4 hours in high or 8 hours on low. Score the fats and pour over that delicious glaze and add the cloves, then cook in oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

"Carve up and you're ready to tuck in." Glaze: 2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp dijon 1 tbsp brown sugar 10 cloves of garlic Ham: 1.3kg unsmoked gammon 1 carrot 1 onion 2 bay leaves 2-3 cloves of garlic 1.

7L Coca Cola (full fat) Place the ham, carrot, onion, bay leaves, 2-3 garlic cloves and Coca Cola into the slow cooker for four hours on high or 8 on low. Then make the glaze mixture, mixing together the ingredients before removing the ham from the cooker to score the fat all over. Make sure you pour that delicious glaze mixture over the ham, leaving 1-2 tbsp for the end.

After press the remaining cloves of garlic into the criss cross diamonds and pop back into the oven at 180C for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, drizzle the rest and enjoy. Since it was shared, it garnered just over 700 likes from drooling fans.
