Flyers are denied free airport lounge access. The behind the scenes that led to it.

This weekend, many users took to social media saying they were denied lounge access. While Adani Airport Holdings, which runs Mumbai airport, and Travel Food Services, operator of lounges in Kolkata and Chennai, blamed DreamFolks for suspension of services, the aggregator said it was diligently working with partners to identify the root cause. Is there more to this than meets the eye?

Around a decade ago, MakeMyTrip hit turbulence when IndiGo, now India’s largest low-cost airline, suddenly pulled out its inventory from the travel portal.
