However, Flipkart is facing criticism on social media for allegedly cancelling confirmed orders during its Big Billion Days Sale 2024. Multiple users on X (formerly Twitter) have expressed frustration after their orders were allegedly cancelled despite receiving confirmation.
Several users, including Rupak (@RupakGh97767178), who shared his experience on October 2, 2024, accused Flipkart of engaging in unfair practices. He complained that his order for Puma shoes was cancelled without any reason. On October 1, 2024, CHARUMATHI MC (@CHARU_MC) also shared disappointment, stating that items ordered during the sale were cancelled without explanation.
Similarly, Ramjeet Yadav (@Ramjeet84518514) expressed concerns about order cancellations, labelling Flipkart's service as the worst experienced. Other users like Rahul Joshi (@ADV_RAHUL_JOSHI) and Shah Rukh (@2050Shahrukh) raised similar complaints and said, “This scam won't stop until we raise our voice against them.
