The Canadian star who is off contract in June, has previously worked with the German manager when he was in charge of Bayern. Flick is keen on bringing his former player to Barca next season, however, Real Madrid are leading the race for the 24-year-old.
Bayern are also working on extending Davies' deal, but the Canada international is yet to provide them with an answer.
