Five workers critical in boiler blast

Bengaluru: Five workers sustained serious burns after a boiler in the Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Ltd (KPTCL) plant in Bidadi, Ramanagara, exploded Saturday evening. The injured were rushed to the burns ward of Victoria Hospital and are in critical condition, police said. The injured workers are Amalesh, Umesh, Santona, Takuna and Lakhan.
