Executive head chef Chris Hilton focuses on taking local produce from Sussex and translating it into vibrant seasonal dishes. Celebrating the second win, Chris said: "It's such an honour for our menu and our food to be acknowledged in this way, we enjoy doing what we do and guest feedback matters to us and this means so much to all the team.

” The award comes as Tottington Manor was also honoured in the Good Hotel Awards for its Henfield countryside site nestled in the South Downs. Langham Hotel – Eastbourne The Langham Hotel in Eastbourne Overlooking Eastbourne seafront, the Langham Hotel restaurant is another site offering a mix of locally sourced fish and an array of pub-style burgers and streaks. Taking to social media, the hotel said it was “delighted” to win the award and would be proudly displaying it in the hotel reception. Simon Brown, general manager of the hotel, said: "It's the customers who have helped us achieve it. We are trying to really focus on the restaurant.
