Firearms modified into machine guns seized in Toronto shootout, police say

Toronto police seized 16 guns that were connected to a shootout between rival gangs Monday night. Four of those firearms had been modified with devices that made them operate like rapid fire machine guns. CBC’s Greg Ross has more.
