Fire Sparks at Osaka Construction Site

A fire broke out at a building under construction in Osaka, Japan, on April 9. Media said police received a report of the fire around noon and fire crews, including a helicopter, were dispatched. The fire was “almost completely extinguished” about 30 minutes later, they said.
