Bengaluru: Acting suo motu, city police have registered a criminal case against BJP MLC CT Ravi , leader of opposition in the legislative council Chalavadi Narayanaswamy and 11 others for obstructing a public way and creating a public nuisance during their protest against rural development and panchayat raj minister Priyank Kharge on Tuesday. The protesters gathered at Madhavnagar Junction, Race Course Road, police said. "The crowd obstructed the public movement and pasted handbills on the walls," states the complaint.
