Ferrysburg discusses City Hall tenant lease renewals

FERRYSURG — City Council continued discussions Monday night regarding lease renewals for tenants at their City Hall location. Since moving into the former school building that houses City Hall at 17847 Ridge Avenue in 2006, the city has rented out space in the building to local businesses. Education Station daycare and Love in Action of the Tri-Cities, two current occupants, both have leases that end this year.
