Recently, Mary Joy Peralta, a Facebook user, shared her heartfelt experience at a popular fast-food chain, expressing her admiration for one of the crew members who showed genuine concern for her situation. In her post, Mary Joy recounted how she visited a Jollibee branch in Solano with plans to buy food for her child’s school event. Due to technical issues with the banks, she decided to use her debit card to pay for her order, which totaled over P2, 000. As she reached the counter to complete her purchase, the cashier informed her that the order might take about an hour to prepare since there were previous orders ahead of hers.



Mary Joy agreed to wait, thinking it would be manageable. However, the cashier then asked if the food was for a school event. When Peralta confirmed, the cashier explained that due to an incoming storm, many schools had canceled classes, including several orders that were supposed to be delivered.
