A burger stall at Bolton Market's 10-month-old Food Hall has shut up shop - with one other trader warning it could start a "chain reaction". What's Your Beef announced the closure of its Bolton Market branch on Monday, March 31, but has a branch in Salford Quays remaining. Owners cited rising costs, including National Insurance and raw ingredients.
When The Bolton News spoke to traders in the Food Hall, some expressed concerns over the running costs in the building, and criticised Bolton Council for not marketing it better.
