Call us old-fashioned. But why aren't American citizens - including celebrities and media members and yeah, even old football players - allowed to express their support for a political candidate? This goes both ways, and it greatly exceeds simple "passion'' and "conviction'' and "patriotism.'' It's .

Hall of Fame quarterback Brett Favre, the Green Bay Packers legend who of course also played with the New York Jets, is again speaking out in support of former President Donald Trump in the upcoming election. Favre on Monday, posted a message about patriotism on social media, saying "If you’re born in the USA or an American citizen and you put other countries above us, then that’s unpatriotic. That’s it.
