JuJu Watkins took the NCAA by absolute storm in her freshman season with USC last year. The 6-foot-2 guard has some massive expectations on her shoulders entering college, and it wouldn't be crazy to say that she was even able to surpass them. In 34 games played last season, Watkins averaged 27.

1 points , 7.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 2.

3 steals and 1.6 blocks, while also knocking down two triples per contest. As a freshman, she led USC to an Elite Eight appearance in the NCAA tournament for the first time since 1994.

The best part is, she's just getting started. As a matter of fact, the Watkins-led Trojans are expected to be an even bigger threat this coming season. This is after they made a major splash in the offseason by recruiting former Stanford star Kiki Iriafen, who herself is coming off a breakout campaign with the Cardinals last term.

Troy Wayrynen-USA TODAY Sports On Friday, USC posted a brief clip of Watkins and Iriafen linking up in practice. It was nothing more than a five-second sneak peek, but it was enough to draw some hyped reactions from the fans. Coming Soon ๐ŸŽฌโœŒ๏ธ @Jujubballin x @kikiiriafen pic.
