Fall foliage to arrive early after long dry spell, expert says

New England's famed fall foliage could arrive on the early side due to what one expert described as "unprecedented" weather conditions.

A foliage expert on Tuesday said he believes leaves will begin changing color earlier than expected as a result of a long stretch with little to no rain in New England.
